YOU MUST BE YOUR SELF

This is a picture of how we are less aware of the hidden power within themselves that can be explored and developed. Ideas like this will eventually lead to a more negative concepts such as, "My face is ugly all. I am a tolol.Aku is a failure. "How can we prevent all of this does not happen to us? How can we know and are able to develop the hidden powers within yourself and be yourself?
Steps to like yourself:
1. Do not Repeat, Do not criticize yourself.Criticism is never any change to become more baik.Terima shortcomings or mistakes you have done in the past. Everyone can change, either for good or for evil. If we always criticize yourself, change your attitude and behavior to be negative. But if you can accept the situation, changes will be positive.
2. Be patient and treat yourself with a friendlyTreat yourself like you do with other people that you really admire or love. As you fanatic of the actor or actress, like you are infatuated with a football club.
3. Care about yourselfSelf-hatred will only poison your mind for any wrong deeds you did in the past. Change your mind and your attitude is negative into a positive. Love yourself as you care for your collectibles, like your love for pets.
4. Discard your negative thoughtsYour key to success lies in how you find new ways to reduce the negative ideas and attitudes that always meets your needs. Remove negative habits and exercise habits is always a positive learning.
5. Praise yourselfCould damage the inner atmosphere of criticism, but praise be to build the spirit of the soul. Praise yourself as much and as often as possible. Tell yourself that you are able to do everything well, although small.
6. Encourage yourselfLook for ways you and improve your self morale. Call your friends and let them help yourself to be strong and courageous when you need help.
7. Take care of your bodyYou need to have optimum energy and vitality. If you truly love yourself. Appreciate and praise the body that God has given you. Learn the appropriate physical exercise, regular diet. Do not wait until you feel well, get skinny, get a new job that you want, or establish a new relationship. Start now and do your work as possible.
If you want to love yourself without being arrogant or conceited, you do not compare yourself with others. Be Your Self.
